Between sessions, I do the deeper thinking and planning work, creating your personalised Nourish to Add™ Blueprint, usually within 3 business days.

Follow-up and refinement
In your follow-up session, we unpack the Blueprint together, translate it into realistic next steps, and refine the plan as your needs evolve

  • Pay per session at the end of each consult. Most clients book 3–5 follow up appointments to build structure, then space out.

  • Evidence-based, judgment-free care from a PhD-trained Food Scientist & Accredited Practising Dietitian.

  • In-person (Perth) or Telehealth (Australia-wide).

  • Receipts provided; private health rebates may apply (check your fund).
