Working with Value- Aligned Partners to Shape Healthier Food Systems
While my deepest commitment is to the women and families I support in clinic, my work has also extended beyond the consultation room — into food systems, public education, and product development. What we eat is influenced by far more than appetite. It's shaped by how food is grown, marketed, understood, and trusted. Before founding my private practice, I worked alongside with purpose-led organisations across agriculture, healthcare, and advocacy — translating nutrition science into messages, products, and campaigns that honoured both culture and evidence. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the real-world barriers to better health — from food inequity to misinformation. They continue to inform my practice today, allowing me to stay grounded in individual lived experiences while contributing to systems-level change.

Jamie Oliver Food Revolution
Proud volunteer contributor as a Food Ambassador to this global movement, advocating for healthier food choices through grassroots education in schools and communities.

The Sandalwood Nut Company
Advised on the launch of WA-grown sandalwood nut products for the Japanese market. Provided sensory input and crafted nutrition-forward messaging to enhance market positioning.
4
Grain Legume Nutrition Council
Expert Consultant on the Lupins as Food campaign. Supported the development of strategic nutrition messaging and education tools to help Australian dietitians confidently recommend pulses in practice.
5
Grain Industry Association of WA
Developed pre-competitive marketing strategies to reposition a lesser-known pulse crop for premium human-grade consumption, supporting industry transition away from animal feed.
6
First Spoon (India)
Supported a culturally rooted infant nutrition start-up — founded by an Indian woman entrepreneur— with the development and launch of three culturally appropriate baby food products. A values-led collaboration grounded in shared vision, not commercial gain.
7
